The cosmetics mogul insists Chyna can’t lay claim to her TV payment because the E! officials who cut her the cheque are not defendants in the family lawsuit.
Kylie Jenner has dismissed Blac Chyna‘s efforts to lay claim to the profits of her “Life Of Kylie” TV series. Last week, Chyna decided to try another tactic, and went after Kylie’s finances, claiming her show was used to fill the E! network gap left by the cancellation of “Rob & Chyna“, thereby entitling her to earnings from “Life of Kylie”.
Kylie has now hit back at the legal action, insisting Chyna’s theory is all wrong, pointing out that there was never a contract for a second season of “Rob & Chyna”, reports TheBlast.com. She also insists Chyna can’t lay claim to her TV payment because the E! officials who cut her the cheque are not defendants in the family lawsuit.
Chyna, who shares daughter Dream with Kylie’s half-brother, Rob Kardashian, previously launched legal action against Rob, his sister Kim Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner, claiming they deliberately sabotaged plans for a second season of the former couple’s reality show “Rob & Chyna”.
Lawyers for the famous family hit back, insisting the 29-year-old was solely responsible for the E! series’ axe after obtaining a restraining order against her ex-fiance following a huge fight in late 2016, making it difficult to shoot a show with the former couple.
